Our guest speakers for this meeting include Steve Minden and other Caltrain staff who will inform us of some of the hurdles the Dumbarton rail project is facing, and about phasing options being contemplated for this project.
Steve Minden is Program Manager for Grade Separations, Stations and Facilities at Caltrain, a commuter railroad that operates between San Francisco and San Jose. Prior to this assignment Mr. Minden was PM for Tutor-Saliba Corp. on the design-build contracts for the San Bruno and South San Francisco BART stations. He has worked as a project manager and project executive for various general contractors on a wide variety of transportation, industrial and building projects around the world.
