- yet another independently-developed version, also not updated
for Google Android platform (already!)
for Blackberry
for device running PocketPC or Windows Mobile, you can try installing the StyleTap program to run the PalmOS version of the Caltrain schedule program. If you can get the PalmOS version to work on the emulator, you'll gain access to a lot of features not available in the other apps, though it will be more cumbersome to use than on a real PalmOS device.
The BART program is available for PocketPC but not smartphones running Windows Mobile at present. BART offers a wireless quickplanner option also for web-enabled devices, or try the StyleTap program to run the PalmOS version on your smartphone.
BART schedule programs
Warning, the Caltrain programs were for the most part put together by volunteer developers, and may not all be up-to-date with the latest schedules-- it all depends on the developer, or if you are technically proficient you can reprogram these yourself in some cases. The ones listed on the official Caltrain site are most likely to be up-to-date, but check the developer's notes on the referred pages for when they last revised their program.
Caltrain's latest schedule revision goes into effect on March 3, 2008.
