Caltrain electrification now
With the passage of Prop 1A, it provides new funding opportunity for Caltrain electrification and San Francisco Downtown Extension. However, challenges remain especially in Santa Clara County, which has not yet commit funds to electrify Caltrain. Caltrain already set a schedule to electrify by 2015 with high speed rail compatible European electric multiple units. Find out what you can do to help get Caltrain electrified and bring rapid transit service to the Peninsula.
Cafe Yulong is located a few blocks from the Mountain View Caltrain station (between Castro and Hope Streets). We meet in the back room of the restaurant.
